Our six weeks introductory course exploring Integral Theory and the work of Ken Wilber is sadly now over. It was a great success so we are planning another one in the New Year, so please email us if you are interested.

In the meantime we are meeting as a group every two weeks for Integral discussion and exploration, and the alternate weeks to explore ILP (Integral Life Practice). This is mainly for people who already have knowledge of the Integral framework and would like to depend their understanding through engaging conversation and shared exploration. Please feel free to come along and join us if this sounds right for you.
