Who we are

We are a group of six dedicated individuals who are passionate about learning more about Integral Theory and sharing it with as many others as possible here in Scotland.

We have been meeting as a group since January 2008 every week to discuss different aspect of the Integral map. We started with Ken Wilber's Kosmic Consciousness, which is a 10 CD set in interview format with Ken, as he explains his Integral Map. We each listened to a CD during the week and spent two hours discussing it when we came together each week. This gave us a great basic understanding of his work and helped us come together as a group. We followed that up with Ken's 1,2,3 of God CD set as well as a few weeks looking into ILP (Integral Life Practice). Since then we have taken our basic Integral understanding and used it to explore recordings from other teachers both Integral and non-integral.

We are now moving forward after to our 'Introduction to Integral Theory and the work of Ken Wilber' workshop at the Salisbury Centre, which was huge success. We plan to start taking Integral thinking deeper into the Edinburgh community through talks and presentation on how to develop Integral Consciousness.
