Here at Edinburgh Integral we are committed to exploring the ways that Integral Theory can do just that, upgrade the person you are into the infinite possibilities that you could be.

We are a core group of four dedicated individuals who came together to study the work of Ken Wilber and other Integral thinkers, and share our inspiration through discussion groups, workshops and presentations.

We are passionate about making a change in consciousness and culture within Scotland and the World and regularly come together to discuss ideas and beliefs in a safe and engaging environment.

We are all committed to evolve as human beings, emotionally, psychologically, morally, ethically, and philosophically, and want to share our understanding and passion for Integral with as many as possible in an inspirational way.

We all feel that developing Integral consciousness is the next developmental leap that needs to take place, in order to over-come our present global crisis. Integral Theory can seem heavy and intellectual at first, but our intention is to embody it (the model), as much as possible through ILP (Integral Life Practices) and use this to help us become the vehicles for change in consciousness and culture that is so very needed in this time.
