Welcome to Edinburgh Integral. We are a group of six dedicated individuals who are passionate about learning more about Integral Theory and sharing it with as many as possible here in Scotland.

 

We intended to do this through personal study, weekly discussion groups, structured workshops and regular meditation. We all feel that developing Integral consciousness is the next developmental leap that our current society needs to take, in order to over-come our present global crisis. Integral Theory can seem heavy and intellectual at first, but our intention is to embody it as much as possible through ILP (Integral Life Practices) and use to help us become the vehicles for a change in consciousness and culture that is so very needed in this time
